Accessibility is part of Lifeline's commitment to inclusion, dignity and equal participation. We aim to design, build and maintain this website so that people with disabilities can access information, navigate key services and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.

Because the site has not yet undergone a complete accessibility audit, some barriers may remain. Current areas requiring continued review include:

• Interactive dialogs, dropdowns and complex controls should continue to be tested with keyboard-only navigation and common screen readers.
• Colour contrast, focus visibility and target sizing should be rechecked whenever new visual components or responsive states are introduced.
• Third-party content, including embedded map experiences, may have accessibility behaviour that Lifeline cannot fully control.
• Dynamic form validation and status messages should continue to be tested to ensure errors and successful submissions are communicated clearly to assistive technologies.

6. Compatibility

The site is designed for current mainstream browsers on modern desktop and mobile operating systems. We aim to support standard browser zoom, keyboard navigation and assistive technologies that work with modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

We have not completed exhaustive testing across every browser, device, screen reader or assistive-technology combination, so behaviour may vary in older or uncommon environments.
